ExOn 7/8 Drive
NEW: Extruder types ExOn 7/8 for automated welding.
The ExOn7/8 Drive is a mobile industrial extruder to weld the base sheet outside on pipes.
The pipe will be fixed to the extruder with a tensioning rope. The tensioning rope is driven and will turn around the pipe. The drive speed can be adjusted and will be the welding speed.
The base sheet is located on a (or multiple) support plate with rollers.
The installation of the extruder, pipe and base sheet has to be done manual. The welding process has to be controlled manually, too.
