The Exon 7/8 Drive can be used as a mobile extruder for tube-bottom welding applications in the outer radius. The pipe sections are attached to the extruder with a tension cable. At the same time, the tensioning rope is driven all around. 

The base plate lies on one (if necessary several) direction independent roller supports and then rotates freely with the pipe. 

The extruder, pipe and floor are set up mannually, the extruder and welding device are to be controlled/operated manually. 

- Preheating optionally possible with either internal air(ErOn) / or  external air(S36)

- With granules (ExOn 8 Drive) -6Kg/h (incl. granulate container 2,5l) also available with suction conveyor on request

- Welding speed depends on the material, Orbital velocity: 0-2m/min –stepless adjustable

- Suitable for panels/material thickness from 10mm

- Permissible workpiece weight up to 300Kg –higher on request

- Pipe diameter of 500-1200mm

- Deviations/tolerance circle circumference up to 5mm
